Anthony Gosien Obituary

With heavy hearts and countless cherished memories, we announce the passing of Anthony “Jordan” Gosien, who left this world at the age of 56.

Born in San Francisco, California, to parents Jett and Jim, and raised in Logan, West Virginia, Jordan carried with him the values that defined his life—strength, loyalty, and a deep love for family and friends.

Jordan was a proud father to Alexandra, Ethan, and Janner, and there was nothing he loved more than being their dad. He was also a loving brother to Jeff and Cody, grandfather to Kai, a loyal friend, and the kind of person who could make anyone feel like family. He was always there with encouragement, advice, a helping hand, or a joke—sometimes all at once.

Known for his quick wit and larger-than-life personality, Jordan had a gift for making people smile. He never met a stranger and could turn an ordinary conversation into a story worth retelling. His sense of humor was matched only by the size of his heart, and those fortunate enough to know him will forever remember his kindness, generosity, and unwavering support.

Jordan was a passionate football fan and a dedicated supporter of the Pittsburgh Steelers. Sundays were often spent cheering on the Steelers, celebrating victories, questioning referee calls, and reminding everyone how he would have coached the game differently. His love of football was just one of the many things that brought people together around him.

Jordan’s life was measured not by the years he lived, but by the lives he touched. He leaves behind a legacy of laughter, strength, love, and unforgettable memories. While our hearts ache in his absence, we are grateful for every moment we shared with him and the countless stories that will keep his spirit alive.

If Jordan could leave us with one final message, it would likely be this: don’t spend too much time being sad—share a laugh, tell a story, watch a football game, and take care of one another.

Jordan will be deeply missed, lovingly remembered, and forever carried in the hearts of his children, family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing him.

“Some people leave memories. Jordan left stories, laughter, and a legacy of love.”

Forever loved. Forever missed. Forever a Steeler.
