Augustine Yeater Underwood

Augustine Yeater-Underwood, 83 of Painesville, OH formerly of Center Point went home to be with her Lord on Sunday, May 19, 2013 at the home of her son surrounded by her loving family. She was born on April 4, 1930 at Center Point a daughter of the late Ray and Jane Gains Yeater. On June 11, 1951 she married Edward Freeman Underwood who preceded her in death on November 29, 2011.

Surviving is one son, Bryce Underwood and wife Lisa, Mentor, OH, grandsons, Eric and Timothy Underwood, one sister, Irene Duvall, Weirton and several nieces and nephews. Two brothers and one sister preceded her in death.

Mrs. Underwood was retired from the Lake County School System as a custodian. She was a loving mother and grandmother and will be sadly missed by her family and friends.

Funeral services will be conducted in the Harbert Funeral Home 287 W. Main St. Salem on Wednesday, May 22, 2013 at 1:00PM with Pastor David McCauley presiding. Interment will follow in the Christian Church Cemetery, Center Point. The family will receive friends in the funeral home chapel on Tuesday, May 21, 2013 from 4-8PM and after 9AM on Wednesday until time of service.
