Benjamin Franklin Floyd, 65, of Salem passed away on Saturday, November 18, 2023 at his residence. He was born June 23, 1958 in Clarksburg, son of the late Wesley Kenny Floyd Sr and Beatrice Mae Cox Floyd.
Benjamin last worked at Mountain State Auto Auction and was previously an OTR Truck Driver. He enjoyed fishing, hunting and camping.
Benjamin is survived by his daughter, Mylinda Dawn Floyd, Salem; two sons, Benjamin Robert Floyd and Stephania Fetty, Clarksburg, Brandon Lee Floyd and Angel, Salem; twelve grandchildren, Frankie, Kiki, Gabriel, Elijah, Dom, Hailey, Jasmine, Nick, Laken, Ahana, Elsa, and Joshua; two great grandchildren, Lyilah, and William; one sister, Wilma Jane Fluharty, West Union; one brother, Kenny Floyd, West Milford; several nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, Benjamin was preceded in death by his wife, Shirley Ann Broadstone Floyd on December 3, 2017; one sister, Linda Mae Cox; one half brother, Robert Cox.
Family will receive friends at Davis Funeral Home - Salem, 1999 W. Main Street, Salem, on Tuesday, November 21, 2023 from 3:00-7:00 PM and on Wednesday, November 22, 2023 from 9:00 AM until the time of the Funeral Service 11:00 AM with Pastor Jon Hayes officiating.
