Betty Jo Harris Hurst

Betty Jo Harris Hurst, 66 of Phillipi Pike, Clarksburg departed this life on Thursday, July 24, 2014 in the United Hospital Center, Bridgeport. She was born March 23, 1948 in Clarksburg, a daughter of the late Charles and Joan Fisher Harris.

She is survived by two daughters, Terri Summers and Brittney Hurst, one son Kenneth Scheuvront, one sister, Robin Jones, one brother, Darry Harris, one half brother, Michael Summers, all of Clarksburg, companion, Jerry Vincent, Bridgeport, six grandchildren, Elijah and LaCarra Vallelonga, Jaylin Lish, Johnny and Tommy Miller, Jennifer McIntyre all of Clarksburg, and thirteen great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her brother, Harold Harris.

Betty was a homemaker and loved spending time with her grandchildren and camping. She was a loving mother and grandmother and will be sadly missed by her family.

At Betty's request she will be cremated. There will be a memorial service at the convenience of the family.
