Blanche Hawkins Obituary

Blanche Pearl Hawkins, 92 of New Cumberland departed this life on Monday, January 19, 2015 in the Brightwood Nursing Home, Follansbee. She was born on January 11, 1923 in Flemington a daughter of the late Wade and Helen Richards Thompson. She is preceded in death by her husband Junior F. Hawkins.

Surviving is one son, Douglas Hawkins, Weirton.

Mrs. Hawkins was a homemaker and was protestant by faith.

Graveside services will be conducted in the K of P Memorial Park, Salem on Friday, January 23, 2015 at 1:00PM with Pastor Denver Burnside officiating. The family will receive friends in Harbert Funeral Home on Friday, January 23, 2015 from 11:30AM-12:30PM. Expressions of sympathy may be extended to the family at www.harbertfuneralhome.com.
