Clarence Thomas

Clarence Thomas, 53, of Salem passed away on Thursday, November 4, 2010 in his home. He was born September 22, 1957 in Salem, a son of the late Clavis Andrew Thomas, sr. and Sylvia Young Thomas.

He is survived by five sisters, Irene Crain, Jasper, GA, Rose Mary Rardin, Katy Lick, Clarksburg, Sonda Hurt, Jasper, GA, Joe and Alta Winpigler, Joppa town, Maryland, and Sylvia Ray, Jasper, GA; four brothers, Rexal Thomas, Jacksonville, FL, Jerry Thomas, Clarksburg, Eugene Thomas, Waynesboro, PA and Howard Thomas, Jasper, GA.

He was preceded in death by two sisters, Donna Herrod and Debra Lynn Thomas and two brothers, Clavis Andrew Thomas, Jr and Walter Thomas.

He did work in construction and lawn care. He made his home with his brother, Eugene, then he retired and moved back to Salem to be with his friends. He liked country music and will be missed by his brothers and sisters.

At Mr. Thomass request he will be cremated. A memorial service will be held at the convenience of the family.
