Dennis Lee Vinroe Sr., 64, of Franks Run, Center Point Community passed away on Wednesday, May 27, 2009 in his residence.
He was born on March 6, 1945 in Elwood City, PA a son of the late Dale and Fern Smith Vinroe. On April 12, 1992 he married Debra Lynn Hartley Vinroe who survives.
Also surviving are one daughter, Denise Dee Dee Loccasino, Elwood City, PA, one step daughter, Aimee Acuff, Center Point, two sons, Dennis Lee Vinroe, Jr., Denver, CO, Dean Vinroe, New Castle, PA, one step son, Chris Tribble, Linden, NC, 11grandchildren, one sister, Debbie Macri, Greenville, PA, two brothers, Dean Vinroe, Elwood City, PA and Dale Vinroe, Mt. Holly Springs, PA. One brother, Darrell Vinroe preceded him in death.
Mr. Vinroe had been a heavy equipment operator and later he and his wife owned and operated DLV Crafts. He enjoyed hunting, gardening and all outdoor activities. Dennis was a good man and a loving husband, father and grandfather and will be sadly missed by his family and friends.
A memorial service will be held in the Center Point Christian Church on Friday, June 12, 2009 at 1:00pm Pastor Robert Merritt officiating. Interment will be in the Christian Church Cemetery, Center Point at the convenience of the family.
