Diana Ruth Bonnell, 66, of Smithburg, WV, passed away on Tuesday, November 16, 2021 at her residence. Diana was born August 3, 1955 in Clarksburg, daughter of the late Forrest Olin and Margaret Romaine Cox Bonnell. Diana graduated from Doddridge County High School, Class of 1973. She retired from the US Postal Service distribution center in Bridgeport. She enjoyed painting, collecting coins and sports cards. She was the jokester and life of the party with all her family and friends. Diana is survived by her companion of forty-three years, Janice Eileen Randolph; one daughter, Whitney Ash and Jesse, Weston; two grandchildren, Landen Swafford and Bailey Ash; one brother, Robert Bonnell, West Union; niece, Dana Bonnell, Morgantown. Davis Funeral home and Crematory is honored to be handling cremation services, and her final wishes will be carried out by her family.
