Evelyn Sharon (Sullivan) Davisson

Evelyn Sharon (Sullivan) Davisson, age 85, of 15 Monroe St., Salem, West Virginia, went to be with God on June 28, 2026, at the nursing facility in Lewisburg, WV. She was born in Salem, WV, on September 29, 1940, a daughter of the late Paul R. Sullivan and Ruth E. (Davis) Sullivan. Also preceding her in death were her brother, David R. Sullivan, and her daughter, Natalie Dawn (Davisson) Lewis.

She is survived by her son, Jeffrey Lee Davisson of Salem, WV. She was a graduate of Salem High School in Salem, WV, and was later employed by the WV Industrial Home for Youth, where she retired in 1996. She was also employed by Manpower and worked at Pratt & Whitney as a part-time employee for over 4 years. She was a longtime member of Salem Baptist Church and for many years played the piano and organ for church services.

A service will be held at Salem Baptist Church on October 24, 2026, at 1:00 p.m., with Pastor David Carpenter officiating. Interment will follow at K of P Cemetery.
