Harold Lee Howell

Harold Lee Howell, 78 of Salem departed this life on Saturday, April 20, 2013 at his residence. He was born on July 29, 1934 in Pomeroy, OH a son of the late Howard C. and Pearline Weekley Howell. On December 6, 1958 he married Lucy Lattea Howell who preceded him in death on November 1995.

Surviving is eight children, several grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Mr. Howell was retired from the State of West Virginia, Department of Health and Human Resources as a maintenance worker with 16 years service. He had been a notary in the Salem area for many years. Harold enjoyed going out to eat at the Dairy Queen and VFW.

At Harold's request he was cremated. His ashes will be interred by his wife in the Big Isaac Cemetery.
