Jo Ann Ashcraft

Jo Ann Ashcraft, 84 of Salem passed away on Monday, February 14, 2022 at Stonerise of Clarksburg. She was born October 21, 1937 in Big Flint; the daughter of the late L Ray and Delsie Robey Ash.

Jo Ann graduated from Doddridge County High School, Class of 1955. She was a homemaker and enjoyed gardening and doing ceramics. She attended Enon Baptist Church. Jo Ann loved her family and will be greatly missed. 

Jo Ann is survived by one son, Kenneth Edward Ashcraft and spouse Eileen, Salem; six grandchildren, Kenneth “Dwayne” Ashcraft, Joseph Ashcraft, Jason Ashcraft, Stacy Stout and husband Ron, Heidi Ashcraft and Jimmy Cain; three great grandchildren, Erin, Brooke, and Dakota; one brother, Delbert Ash and wife LuRae, Big Flint; several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Jo Ann is preceded in death by her husband Edward W. “Mule Man” Ashcraft on January 24, 2019; and one son, Dennis Ray Ashcraft in 2018.

Family will receive friends at Davis Funeral Home - Salem, 1999 W. Main Street, Salem, on Thursday, February 17, 2022 from 3-7PM.
