Lewis Hemerick Crouch,

Lewis Hemerick Crouch Jr. 76 of New York Ave Salem departed this life on Sunday, August 24, 2014 at his residence. He was born on March 18 1938 at Elkton, MD a son of the late Lewis Crouch Sr. and Harriett R. Alexander Crouch.

Surviving is one sister, Elizabeth M. Crouch, Vernon, FL, one brother, Charles L. Crouch, Salem, one nephew, Nowland Anderson, Vernon, FL and his companion, Mary Lattea, Salem.
Two brothers, James Lee Crouch and Richard A. Crouch preceded him in death.

Mr. Crouch was a heavy equipment operator for 18 years. He was a U.S. Air Force veteran. Lewis enjoyed hunting, fishing and playing bingo.
