Lola Mae (DeBord) Moore

Lola Mae DeBord Moore, of West Union, WV, passed away Friday, March 8, 2024, in Lake Wylie, SC.

Lola was born on April 17, 1948, in Lucasville, OH, to the late Jeptha Jefferson and Tamery Osborne DeBord. She was a member of the VFW Post #3408 Women’s Auxiliary in West Union, WV.

She was preceded in death by her brother, Rick DeBord, a brother-in-law, Perry Brafford and a granddaughter, Brooke Ann Moore.

She is survived by her husband of 55 years, Alden Moore; sons John Alden Moore (Stacy) of Raleigh, NC, and Harvey Allen Moore (Melanie) of Lake Wylie, SC; grandchildren Kylie Nicole Moore, Trevor Harvey Moore, Taylor Rose Moore, Alexander George Moore and Joshua Harvey Moore; sisters Mary Fife and Bonnie Brafford; brother Jack DeBord; and sister-in-law Diane DeBord.
