Margaret Ann Gochenour

Margaret Ann Gochenour,63,of Rt. 1,Salem passed away on Friday, September 26, 2008 at her residence surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Crooksville, Ohio on June 25, 1945 a daughter of the late Herbert Franklin and Thelma Smith Murphy.

Surviving are two sons, Steven Murphy and wife, Musetta, Stonewood, Larry Murphy and wife, Heather, Bridgeport, one daughter, Barbara Gochenour and companion, Delbert Lattea, Salem, five grandchildren, Brooke Collins and husband, Josh, Salem, Breanna Murphy, Dylon Scott Murphy, Lucas James and Aaron Dale Murphy, three brothers, Ed Murphy, Ohio, Richard Murphy, Salem, Michael Murphy and wife, April, Salem, four sisters, Deloris Dugger and husband, Billy, Conroe, Texas, Barbara Baker and husband, Larry, Salem, Sharon Lattea and husband,Bob, Bristol, Karen Sue Flint, Clarksburg and several nieces and nephews. Two brothers, Jerry Murphy and Cecil Murphy, three sisters, Janet Murphy, Jean Seminick and Wanda Lattea preceded her in death.

Mrs.Gochenour did domestic work for families in Salem. She enjoyed playing bingo and sewing. She was a loving mother and grandmother and will be sadly missed by her family and friends.

Friends may call in the Harbert Funeral Home, 287 W. Main St., Salem on Monday, September 29, 2008 from 6-8PM and after 9AM until time of service. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, September 30, 2008 at 1PM in the funeral home chapel with Pastor Harley Jeffries officiating.
