Mary Jean Elliott

Mary Jean Elliott, 59 of Salem passed away Sunday, October 20, 2024 at United Hospital Center. She was born on October 15, 1965 in Clarksburg, a daughter of Robert Jack Elliott and wife Sharon of Lost Creek, and the late Carolyn L. Peoples Williams and husband Roy.  

Mary enjoyed playing mind games, collecting Donald Trump items, gardening and most of all she loved helping others. She worked at The Loop in Clarksburg.

In addition to her father and step-mother, she is survived by her companion of 18 years, James D. Nicholson of Salem; one daughter, Amanda Cox; three brothers, Adam Williams, Billy Postlewait and Shanon Postlewait; several nieces and nephews.

Mary is preceded in death by her mother and step father; two siblings, Robert “Eric” Elliott and Craig M. Williams.
