Mary Etta Randolph

Mary Etta Randolph, 80, of Salem, passed away Saturday, February 12, 2022 at United Hospital Center. Mary Etta was born January 6, 1942 in Salem; daughter of the late Forest Wayman Randolph and Ireta Ruth Queen Randolph. She is survived by one sister, Ruth E. Randolph, Salem; and two nephews Neil (Martha) Randolph of New Manchester, WV; Dalyn (Beth) Currey of Mickleton, NJ; one grand-nephew, Stuart Currey of Hong Kong, China; one grand-niece, Jaclyn Randolph of Alexandria, VA.

In addition to her parents, Mary Etta was preceded in death by her siblings, Forest W. Randolph Jr. and John Henry Randolph. Mary Etta graduated from Bristol High School, Class of 1959 and attended Salem College. She was a legal secretary, retiring from Hope Gas with twenty plus years of service. She was an accomplished pianist, who also for many years sang with the Clarksburg Madrigals. Mary Etta was a member of the Marshville Baptist Church. She enjoyed collecting dishes and loved her cats.
