Roena G. Kelley

Roena G. Kelley, 93, of Lilburn, GA, passed away on Friday, November 1, 2024 in Lilburn, GA.  She was born on November 7, 1930 in Salem, a daughter of the late Manfred Bode and Eunice Maxson Bode.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 71 years, Charles Kelley who passed away in January of 2023.

She is survived by her nieces and nephews, Chuck Cottrill  of Salem, Patsy Griffith of Salem, Tim Bode of Clarksburg, Serita Pickens of Greensboro, NC, Gary Griffin of Michigan and Karen Bode of Allentown, PA; one brother, Raymond Bode of Greensboro, NC and several cousins.

She was a graduate of Salem High School, class of 1948.  She was a wonderful lady who enjoyed spending time with her husband.  She was an avid golfer and loved playing golf with her husband.

Family will receive friends at Davis Funeral Home in Salem, WV, on Friday, November 8th from 10:00-11:00 am.  Graveside services will be held at 11:00 am at Salem K of P Cemetery, Salem.  Online condolences can be made at www.davisfuneralhomesalemwv.com.
