Shanna Jean Nicholson

Shanna Jean Nicholson, 34 of Rt. 2 Salem departed this life on Saturday, November 19, 2011. She was born in Cedar Rapids, Iowa a daughter of the late Stanley and Mabel Virginia Wolfe. On September 3, 1993 she married Jason Nicholson who survives.

Also surviving are one sister, Ida Price and husband Donald, Cedar Rapids, Iowa, one brother, Cleatus Hershey and wife Pam, Millington, MI, Father and Mother-in-law, Orren and Ethel Richards Nicholson, Salem. One son Jason Alexander Nicholson preceded her in death.

Shanna was a cashier for Big Lots, Bridgeport, she enjoyed reading. She had attended Cascara United Methodist Church.

Funeral services will be conducted in the Cascara United Methodist Church on Saturday, November 26, 2011 at 2:00PM with Pastor Lester Stinebiser presiding. Interment will follow in the Mt. Olive Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends in the Harbert Funeral Home 287 W. Main St. Salem on Friday November 25, 2011 from 4-8PM. Mrs. Nicholson will lie in state one hour prior to her service.
