Susie Jane Kimble Lloyd

Susie Jane Kimble Lloyd, 48, of Mt. Clare departed this life on Saturday, June 14, 2014 in her residence surrounded by her loving family. She was born on August 31, 1965 in Clarksburg a daughter of the late Martin Robert and Virginia Mae Elliott Kimble.

Surviving is one daughter, April Cooke and husband Matthew, NJ, two sons, Nicholas Lloyd and wife Cara, Andrew "A.J." Lloyd, both of Salem, one grandson, Noah Lloyd, three sisters, Kathy George and husband James, Salem, Marilyn Starkey and husband Rex, Marshville , Michelle Peters and husband Gary, Clarksburg, one brother, David L. Kimble and wife Anna, Mt. Clare.

Susie had worked for Shop N Save, Shinnston as a clerk. She enjoyed genealogy, crocheting, spending time with her companion, Joe Rosenberger, her neighbor Angie Fowler and her dog Buddy. Susie was a graduate of Mt. Hebron Christian Academy, and Tresmith College School of Applied Science, NC.

Funeral services will be conducted in the Harbert Funeral Home 287 W. Main St. Salem on Friday, June 20, 2014 at 1:00PM with Pastor Harley Jeffries presiding. Interment will follow in the Pleasant Baptist Church Cemetery, Center Point. The family will receive friends in the funeral home chapel from 11:00AM until time of service.
