Tommy Kay Dulaney, 76, of Salem, passed away on Tuesday, February 18, 2025 at Stonewall Jackson Memorial Hospital. He was born on October 18, 1948 in West Union, WV, son of the late T.K. and Wilma Smith Dulaney.
Tommy is a graduate of Doddridge County High School. Like Einstein, he failed a test once. He served his country in the United States Army with distinguished honors. He loved wood working and playing his guitar.
Tommy is survived by one daughter, Stephanie Dulaney and spouse Michael of Fairmont; grandchildren, Ty Dulaney, Thomas, and Maddison.
In addition to his parents, Tommy was also preceded in death by his wife, Lyndall Dulaney; one son, Robert Dulaney.
Per Tommy’s wishes, he will be cremated.
Graveside services will be held on Friday, April 18, 2025 at 1:00pm at the West Virginia National Cemetery. Full military honors will be accorded by the United States Army and the Harrison County Honor Guard.
