Vanessa Schoolcraft Asher, 33 of Rt. 1 Salem passed away peacefully into heaven on Thursday, June 7, 2012 in the United Hospital Center. She was born on July 16, 1978 in Houston, TX a daughter of the late William and Joanne Collins Anderson.
She is survived by her husband, Stacey Asher, one daughter, Isabella Asher, one sister, Angela Schmidt and husband Brian, North Shore, MD, grandparents, Earl and Thelma Collins, Millersville, MD. aunts, Linda Williams and husband David, Odenton, MD, Sandy Collins and husband Robert, Fredrick, MD, nieces, Sarah and Abigail Schmidt, her extended family of West Virginia, Jim (Daddy) and Sherry (Mom) Asher, Chub Run, brothers-in-law, Mike Asher and companion, Debbie Levezza, Travis Asher and wife, Christina, all of Clarksburg, one niece, Reese Pierce and nephew, Brody Pierce.
Funeral services will be conducted in the Harbert Funeral Home 287 W. Main St. Salem on Saturday, June 9, 2012 at 1:00PM with Reverend Tom Horne presiding. Interment will follow in the Christian Church Cemetery, Center Point. The family will receive friends in the funeral home chapel on Saturday, June 9, 2012 from 11AM until time of service.
