Victoria Lynn Frame

Victoria Lynn Frame, 45, of Riggins Run, West Union departed this life on Saturday, February 22, 2014 in Ruby Memorial Hospital due to injuries sustained in an automobile accident.

She was born in Clarksburg on March 17, 1968, a daughter of Wayne Eddy, Salem and Linda Sellers, Bridgeport. She is survived by her husband, Joey Lee Frame.

Surviving are three daughters, Melissa Rouse and husband, Paul, Leesburg, GA, Amanda Frame, West Union, Cathryn Parker and husband, Michael, Weston, one brother, Kenny Eddy and wife, Stephanie, Bridgeport, one grandson, Trey Parker, and step-mother, Nina Eddy, Salem, one step sister, Jackie Devericks and husband, B.J. Salem, two step brothers, Tim Miller and wife, Paula, Alma, Jim Miller and wife, Sondra, Big Battle.

Mrs. Frame was a 1987 graduate of Doddridge County High School. She was a homemaker and collected shoes, clothing and purses. She loved to help others. Victoria was a loving, wife, mother, grandmother, daughter sister and aunt and will be sadly missed by her family and friends.

Funeral services will be conducted in the Salem Church of God, State St., Salem on Wednesday, February 26, 2014 at 1:00PM with Pastor Mike Cox presiding. Interment will follow in the Frame Family Cemetery, Riggins Run. The family will receive friends in the Harbert Funeral Home, 287 W. Main St., Salem on Tuesday, February 25, 2014 from 4-8PM. Mrs. Frame will lie in state one hour prior to her service.
