Wanda Lou Cottrill

Wanda Lou Cottrill, 60 of Clarksburg, formerly of Center Point departed this life on Friday, August 19, 2016 in the United Hospital Center, Bridgeport. She was born on June 10, 1956 at Warren, OH a daughter of the late James Leroy and Mable Elizabeth Fall Gilcher. Her husband Raymond Cottrill preceded her on May 25, 2010.

Surviving is one sister, Debbie Marie Rudy and husband Edward, Oneonta, AL, four brothers, James Leroy Gilcher,Jr., Warren, OH, David Floyd Gilcher, Niles, OH, Raymond Donald Gilcher, Warren, OH, Robert Lee Gilcher and wife Tammy, Youngstown, OH, her good friend, Mark Greynolds with whom she made her home and his daughters,Kailey Greynolds and Avrianna Carroll whom she helped raise and several nieces and nephews. She was also preceded in death by an infant brother.

Wanda was a care-giver for more than 20 years and had helped raise many children. She had attended Lighthouse Chapel Church.

Funeral services will be conducted in the Harbert Funeral Home 287 W. Main St. Salem on Wednesday, August 24, 2016 at 11:00AM with Pastor Tommy Jeffries and Pastor Harley Jeffries presiding. Interment will follow in the W.V. National Cemetery, Pruntytown. The family will receive friends in the funeral home chapel on Wednesday, August 24, 2016 after 9AM until time of service.
