Wayman Ralph Lowe of Salem went home to be with the Lord on November 26, 2009.
Ralph was born on November 16, 1940 to the late Wayman and Minnie Lowe of Bristol.
He is survived by Janet, his wife of 48 years, three sons, Wayman R. II Chip and wife Beverly Lowe of Jarvisville, Steven Lowe and companion Peggy of Salem, Robert Bob Lowe and wife Donella of West Milford, and daughter-in-law, Dawn Lowe of Salem. In addition, he leaves behind three grandchildren, Joshua Lowe of Salem, Crystal Wilcox and husband Jason of Clarksburg and Vicki Lowe of West Milford, three brothers, John Lowe and wife Marge of Salem, Joe Lowe and wife Betty of Salem, and Francis Lowe and wife Nancy of Sycamore, sister-in-law, Ruth Headley and husband Harlan of Jarvisville and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, one brother, Edmund Bub Lowe and special nephew, Jeremy Mayle, preceded Ralph in death.
Ralph lived in the Salem/Bristol area all of his life. He graduated from Bristol High School and retired from CNG with 28 years service. He was a Baptist by faith and a member of the Enon Baptist Church. He attended the Open Door Tabernacle.
Funeral services will be held on Sunday, November 29, 2009 at 2:00PM in the Harbert Funeral Home, 287 W. Main St. Salem with Reverend Haymond Plaugher and Reverend Lillian Simmons officiating. Interment will follow in the K of P Memorial Park. Family and friends will be received in the funeral home chapel on Saturday, November 28, 2009 from 2-8PM and after 9AM on Sunday until time of service.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be offered to Peoples Hospice PO Box 1680 Clarksburg, WV 26301.
