Willard Lowell Harbert

Willard Lowell Harbert, 92, of Salem, WV passed away at UHC, on May 24, 2025. He was born in Talkington Fort, Doddridge County, on May 17, 1933, son of the late Stanton Lowell and Sylvia Pauline Stockpole Harbert.

Willard graduated from Wallace High School.  He proudly served his country in the United States Army from 1951-1955. He married Betty Lee Joliff Harbert. Willard worked at Central Supply for 42 years, outside sales for 21 years, and as a Dispatcher for 21 years. He loved the outdoors and enjoyed hunting.

Willard is survived by one grandson, Jeff Fortney and his wife Tonia, of Salem; one cousin Loren B Ash, Marshville.

In addition to his parents, Willard was preceded in death by his wife, Betty Lee Harbert on January 30, 2009; one daughter, Carol and spouse Gregg; one grandson Perry Gregg II. 

Family will receive friends at Davis-Salem Funeral Home, 1999 West Main Street, Salem, WV, 26426 for visitation on May 27, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
