William “Jeb” Stewart, 60 of Salem passed away on Sunday, January 3, 2021 at his residence with family by his side. He was born September 6, 1960 in Philippi, son of the late Henson “Bill” Taylor and Frances Elizabeth King Stewart. Jeb retired from Belasco homes with twenty-two years and looked up to Joanne as a second mom. Jeb is survived by his wife, Lanita Lynn Shaver Stewart whom he married Oct 2, 2000; five children, Michael Jeb Stewart, Clarksburg, Bobby Rutter and Stephanie, Clarksburg, Ronald Joseph Fragmin, Paul Julian Fragmin and Mariah all of Salem, Dominica Ann “Nikki” Fragmin and fiancé Logan Smith; ten grandchildren; three brothers, James Stewart and Minnie, Newport News, VA, John Stewart and Christie, Summit Park, Ronald Stewart and Diane, Belington; numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, Jeb was preceded in death by his sister, Deborah Ann Sloan. Davis Funeral Home and Crematory Salem is handling the cremation and honored to serve the Stewart family.
